Returns & Refunds


  • 14-day return policy on full priced items (from date of purchase)
  • Must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Customers will be responsible to pay for any return shipping costs
    • We recommend using a tracking method, as we will not be able to complete the return unless the package arrives safely
  • Customer wanting to return an item will receive a credit note for the amount of the item (shipping costs not included)
  • No refunds are available at this time

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer to exchange items should you change your mind or order the wrong size. However, should you choose to return your item, you are able to use your credit note to make another purchase.  


Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please email us to arrange a pre-paid postage label. We will replace your item if stock is available or refund you upon return.
